Youth Leadership Talk focuses on 4th Industrial Revolution

Last year the first ever Klerksdorp Youth Leadership Talk, in partnership with the Agape Youth Movement, held its inaugural talk at the Klerksdorp City Banquet Hall.
The talk was graced by the National Youth Development Agency’s Spokesperson, Mr Lerato Gamu in his personal capacity, supported by a great number of speakers from both the private and public sectors and blessed with an audience of academics, entrepreneurs, creatives and young people serving in their respective leadership spaces.
The conversation looked at the “State of the Youth Development”. It also discussed the challenges around youth development and partnerships were created to device innovative and sustainable solutions around youth development.
This year, the Klerksdorp Youth Leadership Talk organising team has been extended with new members who are graduates, young professionals and thought leaders. “They are eagerly looking forward to host you while we discuss the 4th INDUSTRIAL REVOLUTION,” says Dabulamafu Uhuru KaHlatshwayo, one of the organisers.
“Through artificial intelligence and the new technologies introduced by the 4IR, we will debunking its challenges, but importantly looking at the opportunities that young people can plug into in order to enhance their careers, businesses and leadership skills.”
“Furthermore, we will be awarding two young people with academic opportunities to study Data Sciences and Artificial Intelligence to further enhance their businesses and/or careers.” Speakers will be released soon.
